Note: This refund policy applies to digital products, subscriptions, memberships, and any other services or products offered directly through Mint Corridor. For physical art purchases facilitated through our platform, additional terms may apply depending on the specific artist or gallery.
1. Digital Products and Downloads
1.1 E-Books, Guides, and Educational Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, guides, tutorials, and other downloadable educational materials are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the content has been downloaded, unless:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be accessed properly
- The content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- You have not attempted to download or access the content within 14 days of purchase
If you experience any of these issues, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a description of the problem.
1.2 Digital Art Purchases
For digital art purchases (including NFTs and digital prints):
- Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if the digital file is corrupted or inaccessible
- Once a digital artwork has been downloaded, transferred to your wallet (in the case of NFTs), or the transfer of ownership has been completed, no refund will be provided
- Preview images and detailed descriptions are provided to help you make informed decisions before purchasing
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services, including premium memberships:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund if you have not substantially used the services
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services:
- You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of a new annual subscription if you are not satisfied with the service
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be cancelled but are not eligible for refunds
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle
3. Events and Workshops
3.1 Virtual Events and Webinars
For virtual events, webinars, and online workshops:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
- No refunds are available within 48 hours of the event
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
- If an event is rescheduled or cancelled by Mint Corridor, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the new date
3.2 Recorded Workshops and Courses
For pre-recorded workshops and courses:
- A 14-day money-back guarantee is offered if you are not satisfied with the content
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
4. Consulting and Custom Services
For consulting services, custom artwork commissions, or other bespoke services:
- Deposits for custom services are non-refundable unless Mint Corridor or the service provider fails to deliver as specified in the service agreement
- Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your service agreement
- Disputes regarding quality or delivery of custom services will be handled on a case-by-case basis
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the specific items for which you are requesting a refund
- Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- If applicable, include any supporting documentation or evidence related to your request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount) may be deducted from refund amounts, as these fees are not refundable to Mint Corridor from payment processors.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a refund request that falls outside the terms outlined in this policy, please contact us with details of your situation, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
Special consideration may be given in cases of:
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
- Medical emergencies that prevent participation in time-sensitive events
- Errors in the ordering process that resulted in duplicate charges
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we kindly request that you contact our customer support team to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and additional fees.
